We're currently looking for:
As the AWS Alliance Lead, you are the face and voice of Stormit within the AWS ecosystem. You aren’t just managing a partnership; you are building an influence engine. Your goal is to be the person that AWS Partner Success Managers (PSMs) and Account Managers have on speed dial. You will navigate the "Who’s Who" of AWS to unlock funding, drive joint marketing, and ensure our brand is top-of-mind for every relevant AWS sales play. You will also oversee and expand our footprint with emerging partners like GitLab.
The "Hub" Strategy (Travel & Presence)
This isn't a standard 9-to-5. To win, you need to be where the decisions are made.
- Ecosystem Immersion: You will spend significant time "on the ground" at key AWS Hubs (e.g.,Madrid, Munich, London).
- Extended Residencies: This role requires the flexibility to spend 2–3 weeks at a time embedded in these cities to foster deep-rooted relationships and attend local AWS "floor days" and networking mixers.
- Event Command: You will be our lead presence at major EMEA summits and re: Invent, ensuring our brand has the highest "social share of voice" in the room.
What You’ll Do
- Master the Social Map: Identify the key "movers and shakers" within AWS and build genuine, high-trust relationships with them.
- Drive the "GTM" Engine: Collaborate with AWS and our internal marketing team to launch high-visibility campaigns and custom events.
- The Funding Whisperer: Navigate AWS programs (MAP, MDF) to secure financial support, ensuring you’re the person AWS reps go to when they have a budget to spend.
- Matchmaking: Connect our technical experts with the right AWS stakeholders to unblock deals and accelerate growth.
- Magnetic Presence: You have a high-energy, "charismatic" personality. You are naturally outgoing, easily build rapport with strangers, and thrive in social business settings.
- The Sophisticated Traveler: You love the "on-the-go" lifestyle. You navigate new cities with ease and maintain a high level of polish and energy even after a week of networking.
- High EQ & Polish: You can read a room instantly. You know when to be assertive and when to be a listener. You carry yourself with the confidence that commands respect in a room full of executives.
- Strategic Hustle: You don't wait for permission. You see an opportunity to grab a drink with a Cloud Economist or a VP of Sales, and you make it happen.
- Experience: 5+ years in high-touch business development, alliances, or luxury hospitality/sales. AWS ecosystem knowledge is a major plus, but personality and drive are the priority.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Medior AWS Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing robust and scalable cloud solutions on the AWS platform for our customers.
- Design, architect, and implement complex cloud solutions on the AWS platform, including infrastructure, application, and data layers.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform thorough assessments of existing infrastructure and identify opportunities for optimization and migration to the cloud.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and operational procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS technologies and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and expertise on AWS technologies and best practices.
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of AWS services with a successful project history
- AWS Professional / Specialty level certification - highly preferable
- AWS Associate level certification - required
- Experience in code development in at least one high-level programming language (Python/ Java/ TypeScript)
- Deep understanding of the Linux operating system and networking concepts
- Experience building scalable infrastructure in AWS
- Hands-on experience with AWS Well-Architected Framework and best practices
- Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, SAM, CDK, ...)
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Broad knowledge of GitOps
- A University degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Eligible to live/work in the EU
