StormIT Achieves AWS Service Delivery Designation for AWS Lambda

The StormIT team has achieved AWS Service Delivery Program designation for AWS Lambda. To achieve this designation we passed a rigorous technical validation performed by AWS Partner Solutions Architects who are experts in AWS Lambda. They put our case studies and architecture models to a test and made sure all the best practices were implemented.

StormIT helps organizations of any size to redesign their legacy applications or release new ones by leveraging the AWS Lambda and other serverless services. This makes applications easier to scale and faster to develop, enabling innovation.

What does our AWS Lambda Service Delivery achievement mean for our customers?

As an AWS Lambda Partner, we provide our customers with services and tools to help build or migrate their solutions to a microservices architecture running on serverless computing, which lets them build services and applications without the need for provisioning or managing servers.

What is AWS Lambda?

AWS Lambda lets you run code without provisioning or managing servers. You pay only for the compute time you consume - there is no charge when your code is not running. With Lambda you can get new applications to market faster since there is no server provisioning or management required.

We have the expertise and proven success implementing AWS Lambda in different use cases, from File Processing and Backup management to complete web applications.

The diagram below represents an example of an architecture deployed for one of our customers on the AWS Cloud. The StormIT team designed the architecture using AWS Lambda, Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3), Amazon CloudFront CDN, Amazon Aurora Serverless, AWS Web Application Firewall (AWS WAF), and Amazon API Gateway.
